New opening of the akzenta store in Dortmund-Hörde in June 2023! The prestigious property with 2,300 sqm of sales area perfectly implements its claim of upscale furnishings with a special experience character and exceptional product variety.
After initial discussions in autumn 2022, we planned the store according to the client’s ideas, visualised parts of it and installed it within one week in May 2023. We were able to easily adapt the variable HK25 shelving – analogue to the individual akzenta concept – to the areas of fruit & vegetables, wine and spirits, drugstore and “live consciously”:
The large fruit & vegetable department is clearly laid out on 2 levels in black and equipped with integrated LED lighting. Several centre islands delight customers with semi-circular heads for a fan-shaped presentation of goods. White shelving units with LED lighting were used for the bright, design-oriented drugstore area. Glass instead of metal shelves enhance the visual impact of the drugstore world.
The wine department, which is of particular importance at akzenta, is laid out with black shelves with front supports. These ensure a high availability of goods and maximum load.
The sustainable “Living Consciously” range catches the eye with its unusual shelving: the semicircular presentation of goods as a tree trunk is a custom-made design based on the HK25 shopfitting system.
All HK shelves have been given a special colour – in line with the store’s design concept.
HK heavy-duty shelving has been used in the warehouse to ensure safe stacking upwards. This ensures maximum utilisation of the storage space.
